It's safe to see our GPs
We are offering face-to-face appointments, but at this time we ask that you consider a telehealth appointment as your safest option. Our general practitioners are available Monday to Friday, and have extensive experience in all aspects of telehealth consultations.
Our medical centres are co-located with aged care facilities, however you will not be interacting with any aged care residents during your visit. All of TLC's location are COVID-19 free at this time, and our temperature screening, hygiene and infection control procedures are best practice. Our general practitioners, allied health professionals, nurses and administration staff are also rigorously screened on a regular basis.
It’s important that you continue to receive the care that you need, especially if you have a chronic condition.
For your safety and the safety of others, our medical centres are unable to accept walk-ins; so please contact us to book an appointment.
If you don’t feel comfortable coming into our medical centres, booking a telehealth appointment is a convenient and safe way to see your general practitioner. Telehealth appointments are:
- bulk billed
Booking a telehealth appointment is also a great option for non-urgent issues such as:
- an initial discussion about a non-urgent condition
- getting a referral to see a specialist
- repeat prescriptions
- following up an ongoing chronic health condition and care plans
- obtaining mental health care plans and mental health support
To arrange a face-to-face or telehealth appointment please contact your nearest medical centre.
